SportWatcher is a KDE desktop application to read out GPS information from a Garmin Forerunner 305 and compatibles. The Program uses the NMEA protocol and detects a GPS device connected to the USB port. It can read GPS informations from every device that comunicate over the NMEA protocol. SportWatcher is able to display a map underneath a track. It is able to get a map from a WMS server. It can use also a raster image as a map.
